At Institut Florimont, children from the age of 3 grow and learn in a warm and caring environment, perfectly tailored to their needs and designed to foster language learning. Each class is led by certified, experienced teachers, whose native language is either English or French, supported by teaching assistants.

A cheerful, colourful building, equipped with modern facilities suited to their age, is dedicated to them: a playground, dining room, sports hall, art room, and nap area are all exclusively available for their use.

Florimont Primary School follows the French National Education curriculum, aligned with the Swiss HarmoS programme, and offers instruction in both languages. The mission is clear: to provide students with a solid foundation in academic knowledge and social skills, essential for thriving in a constantly changing world. Catholic religious education is also available from11ième for families who wish to participate.

Beyond academic subjects, education at Florimont focuses on the development of transversal skills, such as communication, collaboration, autonomy, and creativity. These soft skills are valuable assets for students, enabling them to adopt a more effective learning approach throughout their educational journey.

To help students through this period of transition, we give them the tools and skills they need to become confident learners and understand the world around them.

Florimont’s Art/Sport programme is available to students who practice an arts or sport discipline to a high level, and to any other student simply seeking to work on a project in these areas. It allows students to maintain the highest levels of academic study alongside the pursuit of their artistic or sporting endeavours.

We are offering a choice of three diplomas: Swiss Maturité, French Baccalauréat and International Baccalaureate (IB). We believe that every student needs to follow their own path and find the programme that suits them best.
