In 2015 Florimont joined with Wells Cathedral School in Somerset, near Bristol . Well is one of the oldest schools in Europe, dating to the year 909.This Anglican school hosts pupils from 3 to 18 and has earned a reputation for specializing in music. In 2016 it inaugurated a new concert hall, which has become physically and culturally the heart of the school. Many accomplished musicians who now work with renowned orchestras such as the London Symphony, BBC National Orchestra of Wales commenced their training at Wells Cathedral School. The two schools share an exchange program with pupils from secondary school visiting for periods of language immersion.
Florimont is proud of its partnership with 人大附中RenDa FuZhong, the High School affiliated with the People’s University of China in Beijing.
It is one of the highest ranking state schools. Florimont students and teachers are actively in contact with Chinese students by email, through video conference and through exchange programs.
Founded in August 1962 in Ontario TFS is a private, bilingual, co-educational and non-religious school.
HRH Queen Elizabeth II is the official patron of the school.
In Year 5, a group of Florimont students may visit TFS and stay with Canadian families while attending classes at TFS. Similarly TFS students visit Florimont in Geneva for a cultural exchange.
