Students learn how to keep their body in time to rhythm and music by doing exercises that work on correct positioning, cardiovascular training and memorising short routines.

Dance allows children to express themselves physically and emotionally and build self-esteem.

Dance helps children throw off everything holding them back or putting them under pressure; dancing lets you explore space with your body, and physically engage with freedom.
